• Established in 2009, Lou's Quality Home Health Care Services is a State-licensed Home Healthcare Agency, as well as a locally woman-owned and managed company.

• Our caregivers are trained, background-checked, insured, and bonded.  

Patient's Care Plan

• Registered nurses assess all new patients, a necessary step for developing a care plan for the client and determining the Caregiver's experience in caring for the client.  A care plan identifies the patient's needs and describes specific care duties for the caregiver to follow.  It also facilitates a road map for other staff and patients' physicians to follow. 

• After selecting the Caregivers, their names and photo are emailed or texted to the client before their first scheduled shift for identification purposes.  

Available and Accessible

• Our office Staff team is accessible and ready to assist with your questions, 8 AM and 5 PM daily.

• Our Schedulers are on duty from 6 AM to 9 PM, including weekends and holidays.  

• ACH Bank Transfer,  Checks, and Credit Cards ( 3.5% transaction fee for credit cards ) are accepted.  

• We accept private pay patients, only.  Currently, we are not able to provide service for Medicare/Medicaid patients. 

• Increment for nursing service are 2hr, 3hr, 4hr, 6hr, 8hr, 12hr, and 24hr.
